The VIPEX, s.r.o. company was established in 1995 in with the aim to provide its clients good-class construction, production and business services throughout Slovakia. Since this time, the company grows dynamically thanks to effective management, modern technology investments and optimized working procedures. VIPEX, s.r.o. was found by several company holders but gradually, the company became the property of Mr. Pavel Baráni who is one the founders. In 1998, Ľuboš Baráni entered the company and became - after collecting experience on several positions - the CEO in 2000.
In 1995 and 1996 VIPEX, s.r.o. worked predominantly in the field of special industrial and security fences and corresponding structures on the basis of which it gained the trust and extended the portfolio of its activities. Between 1997 and 2001 the company build many industrial structures, detached houses, boarding houses and, of course, fences whereas it patented its own type of security fence for areas with a high of protection. After massive investments into universal earthmoving machines in 2002, the company concentrates on earthworks and underground line structures. The first industrial halls were supplied in 2003. In 2004 till 2006, Vipex builds further industrial halls as well as kilometres of sewage lines and fences. In 2007, the company develops its activities in the field demolition and building waste recycling, supplies some multifunction buildings and two industrial areas.
Today, the range of self-supplied services contains supplying and assembling of different types of fences, civic structures and technical equipment of buildings, construction, reconstruction and modernization of industrial and civic structures, metalworking, demolition and disassembling, building waste recycling, sorting of soil and other bulk materials, concrete placing, hiring machines and services. Moreover, VIPEX, s.r.o. is the exclusive dealer of KLIKO plastic containers on the Slovak market.
During its more than ten-year long acting on the Slovak construction market, VIPEX, s.r.o. has build up not only a stabile and constantly developing client basis but also a trademark guaranteeing quality, affordable prices as well as fair business relations.
