VIPEX, s.r.o. realises a majority of standard industrial and civic buildings. We would like to inform you about our constructive and technical capacities which You, our clients, can apply when fulfilling your intentions.

Until now we have supplied our clients with kilometres of special industrial fences with a corresponding number of sliding and classical industrial gates the main components of which have been produced in our metalworking shop. When supplying fences we use our patent protected technology made of steel concrete or normal components available on the market. Fences may be equipped with watchtowers, gatehouses etc. Our fences are suitable for areas with a high degree of protection.

When building steel halls, we use exclusively our machinery and equipment such as earthworking machines for making foundations, lifting machines etc. Our workshop supplies steel elements. As far as steel concrete halls are concerned, we cooperate with the best suppliers. VIPEX, s.r.o. has reconstructed also old production halls to modern technology rooms. Industrial floor is supplied by VIPEX, too.

A part of modern production lines, mainly in the automotive industry, are underground transport channels under the production hall floor, very often under the ground water level. When building this kind of structures, we use up-to-date chemical products. All of these buildings bring our clients to a higher level of technology in order to make the material and product flow faster and more transparent.

We offer hard surfaces consisting of asphalt or concrete as well as their complete accessories (water drainage etc.) Our earthworking machines prepare the underpinning. Laying asphalt or concrete is performed in accordance with standard and proven methods. Hard surfaces we have done are usually destined to stand the pressure heavy handling vehicles, for example on round timber stocks etc.

VIPEX, s.r.o. has build apartment houses, high-standard detached house as well as other civic buildings including pavements. For this kind of construction works we call in our own reliable mason troops as well as carpenters, coverers, electricians and plumbers.

In cooperation with technology suppliers we worked on heating stations, water stations, cooling towers, transport channels and other parts of industrial production technology. Thanks to its experienced construction managers VIPEX, s.r.o. is able to realise a wide scale of special industrial structures.

Building sewage lines is a standard that we offer. By means of special earthworking machines with equipment for underground line structures, of course using modern earthwork supports and other additional means, we have build kilometers of these.

Solar (photovoltaic) power plants:

 VIPEX, s.r.o. covers complete construction of solar (photovoltaic) power plants according to investor´s technical documentation. We also offer production, supply and assembly of supporting steel structures for solar panels including solar panel assembly. We possess all the equipment necessary for mounting solar panels even on roofs.

Our earthworking machines enable us to perform extensive projects. We offer any kind of handling the soil including excavating, compacting, leveling, transporting etc. Our excavators offer several bucket alternatives from 0,05 to 1,7 m3.

In addition to the main construction activities we offer further services such as plasterboard assembling, water lines and electric lines. An unseparable part of the main construction activities is our metalworking Shop equipped with sheet metal scissors, band saws, welding and handling tools.
