Since its establishment in 1995, VIPEX, s.r.o. offers demolition works all the time. The amount and extent of demolition works has been growing continuously, hand in hand with our machinery. Until 2000, demolition works formed a part of complete structure realisation.
- Preparation: consulting when elaborating technological proceedings, advising in terms of communication with authorities. Evaluation and formal preparation for possible dangerous waste disposal in cooperation with specialists. Evaluation of the economic efficiency by means of step-by-step methods or other demoliton methods. (Demolition with explosives is being performed in cooperation with specialists).
- Realisation: We have machines of three categories - up to 5 m reach, up to 9 m reach and up to 23 m reach. These demolition machines are able to sort the waste and make it ready for the recycling. Structures higher than 23 m are demolished using explosives or manually from mobile lifting machines. When demolishing chimneys and structures with a similar degree of danger for the staff, we perform demolitions by means of the two-rope climbing method.
- Recycling, handover of the construction site, transport: when the demolition is finished, we offer building waste recycling. That means for the client - gaining a directly applicable building material from the waste. Surfaces where demolished buildings have stood can be leveled using earthworking machines and prepared for further purposes. Special means of transport with a capacity of 18 to 24 m3 are able to transport the material effectively according to customers needs.
At present, we are planing further investments into the field of demolition.
